Established in 2000 by Ron Rivers, Magnolia Business Systems, Inc. is locally owned and independently operated. Magnolia Business Systems, Inc., currently known as MBS, has been blessed with explosive growth. With a humble beginning in a 250 square foot single room facility and no client base, MBS now operates from a 3,000 square foot state of the art facility with hundreds of satisfied customers. Our office is a "working" example of the products we support. The equipment we use daily is server-connected, we scan to PC, we scan to e-mail, we fax, we print in color and monochrome, we have re-stated how document technologies work, and we continue to implement technology in our own corporate workflow to reinforce the principle of our process of "Local People Serving Local Business.

Though we have grown, we remain humble. We realize that we are not the largest company in the Columbus area, and by design, we do not want to become the largest; however, we must always strive to be the best choice for our clients. We enjoy our growth in Northeast Mississippi, and feel that when compared to the largest companies, our presence in our area is larger and our customer service is second to none. More importantly, no other dealership cares for the client more than MBS.

The office copier of today has become an essential hub of the office workflow. They range in size from small desktop units capable of running a few hundred copies a month to large production devices capable of running several hundred thousand copies or prints a month.
